This restaurant is my absolute FAVOURITE. The most incredibly talented owners/ chefs. Service is impeccable with food that is possibly the best I&rsquo;ve ever had. 100/10. Cannot recommend enough!

Honestly everything was great at the restaurant except the food, and the food was also tasty but there&rsquo;s a bit BUT. They&rsquo;re obviously using pre-grated cheese which keeps it from melting into the sauces. It might seem like a small criticism but it actually means that the cacio e Pepe was just coagulated cheese that didn&rsquo;t at all hold into the noodles (this happens because when they package pre-grated cheese, they coat it full of anti coagulants / preservatives to keep it from clumping in the package, which prevents it from acting like cheese when you cook it). So, I would recommend 100% AGAINST the cacio e Pepe (and probably the carbonara for the same reason) but if you don&rsquo;t care about the cheese not melting / order a dish where the cheese melting isn&rsquo;t integral to the sauce of the dish, then definitely eat here, the food is tasty and the atmosphere is great and the service was really kind. But for someone who chose the restaurant specifically for the cacio e Pepe (because it&rsquo;s one of my favorite dishes), I was really really disappointed

Dopo tanto girovagare abbiamo trovato il ristorante giusto ottima cucina con un ambiente familiare e con piatti genuini ben cucinati(da provare carciofi,supply,carbonara,pasta mista con fagioli e cozze,l&#39;agnello).

After so much walking we found the right restaurant excellent kitchen with a family environment and genuine well-cutted dishes(to try carotens, supplies,carbonara, mixed pasta with beans and cakes,the lamb).

Devo dire che mi aspettavo, leggendo le precedenti recensioni, di gustarmi e assaporare una  squisita cucina tipica romana ... di cui sono ghiotto ! Ma sono rimasto al quanto deluso ...la cacio e pepe era senza corpo, un po&#39; troppo annacquata e con un pizzico di pecorino!  Carciofi alla Romana nella norma. I tagliolini con carciofi, guanciale e pancetta discreti ! Mi dispiace ma  di osteria romana  ha veramente poco o niente...  diciamo che &egrave; un normalissimo ristorante ! Ambiente informale, senza tovaglie ai tavoli ! Alla fine due antipasti (un carciofo), due primi piatti, due calici di vino rosso (perch&eacute; non hanno vino sfuso), un dolce e due caff&egrave; al prezzo di 68,00 euro ...prezzo pi&ugrave; o meno giusto per un ristorante non per una trattoria, che avrei comunque pagato volentieri se mi fosse rimasto almeno il sapore della cucina romana. Forse ho trovato la serata sbagliata del cuoco! Mah! Dimenticavo mi hanno fatto pagare anche 3 euro per l&#39;acqua &quot;del sindaco&quot;.

I have to say that I was waiting, reading previous reviews, to enjoy and taste a beautiful typical Roman cuisine ... of which I am swallowed ! But I stayed at how disappointed ... the chat and pepper was without body, a little too watery and with a bit of a sheep! Carciofi to the Romana in the norm. Cuttings with carciofi, guancial and discrete panquetta ! I&#39;m sorry but of Roman ostery has really little or nothing ... We say it is a very normal restaurant ! Informal environment, without towels at the table ! At the end two meals (one cartridge), two first meals, two cups of red wine (because they have no wine swallowed), one sweet and two coffee at the price of &euro;68.00 ... more or less fair price for a restaurant not for a tractor, I would have paid anyway if I had at least the taste of the Roman cuisine. Maybe I found the wrong night of the cook! Mah! I forgot they made me pay 3 euros for the &quot;mayor&#39;s&quot; water.
